  Making the move to LJ Hooker was the best decision we made in selling our Goonellabah duplex in August 2011. Prior to LJ Hooker we had a small independent agent for a few months, but we had very little communication from them and very few potential buyers through the property in 3-months. With LJ Hooker however; from the word go I was surprised at how motivated Clint was. Everything happened really quickly. Clint was very professional and experienced with everything; even down to the photography that made the place look great! He ran Open House's fortnightly and the websites they used had excellent design and exposure.
  
  I think it was really Clint's energy and enthusiasm that sold the property for us. The property was in need of maintenance but he never stopped being positive and supportive with us and the potential buyers.
