Just a short 25-minute drive from Lismore, The Channon Craft Market is nestled in the Northern Rivers Hinterland and is a trip well worth your while. Often attracting up to 10,000 people, this is a vibrant market and a great day out. Held on the 2nd Sunday of each month in Coronation Park, the tiny town of The Channon comes alive with colour as arts, crafts, local produce, buskers, hair braiders, henna tattoo artists, bouncing castles and face-painters are scattered around the park.

Lismore Handmade Market
With a focus on handmade art and craft stalls, the Lismore Handmade Market is popular with a wide range of local artisan stallholders selling clothing, homewares, jewellery, collectables and more. This popular market is held on the 1st Saturday of the month in the Northern Rivers Conservatorium of Music in Lismore. Lismore Recycled Market
On the 3rd Saturday of each month you’ll find Lismore Recycled Market at the Lismore Recycling and Recovery Centre. Every Saturday in Lismore Showground is Lismore’s biggest farmers market. At over 10 years old, this is a local favourite with fresh produce, meat and seafood being very popular drawcards. As you shop for locally grown and produced items like macadamias, preserves, sauces, biscuits, coffee and other condiments, you’ll be treated to a variety of buskers, face painting and hot coffee. This is also a handy market for residents living in more rural areas of Lismore, with live poultry, garden mulch and livestock feed also available.

Lismore Produce Market boasts a handful of friendly stalls selling 100% locally grown seasonal goods.
