Welcome to LJ Hooker Lismore

This office was one of the first country L.J. Hooker franchises to open. The office was originally established in 1916 as John Deegan & Co. and joined the L.J. Hooker organisation in 1972. The current Principal, Mr. Paul Deegan, represents the third generation to own the office.

Lismore is a regional centre in Northern NSW with a population of just under 50,000 people. The district is renowned for its physical beauty, its rich heritage and its varied cultural life. Lismore is a thriving university city with top-notch sporting facilities, excellent medical facilities from two large hospitals, a variety of restaurants and cafes and plenty of shopping choices.  

Lismore is half an hour drive from some of the best beaches in Australia, just over an hour to the Gold Coast and two hours to the Brisbane CBD.  The prices are relatively cheap compared to coastal areas, and the volatility of the coastal and city areas, is not evident in this area.
